The seller was a longtime client of Patton Investment Properties that was looking to cash out and purchase a large commercial property using a 1031 Exchange. John Patton worked with us to jointly develop a targeted marketing plan for his client that would get all their properties sold at the same time. The result was a bulk buyer purchasing all 15 properties and placing a 10% nonrefundable deposit down. Both buyer and seller were extremely pleased with the outcome.
